Many programs support importing .ABR files which is the native file format of Adobe Photoshop Brushes.
Recent versions of Corel Painter for instance (2016 & later) have made great strides in replicating Adobe Photoshop Brush performance within Corel Painter.
Other programs such as Krita, Clip Studio & Procreate also have some limited support for importing .ABR files.
Most of these programs simply import the "stamp" or .png of the image. In many cases this may suit your needs.
However, performance may not be the same as within Photoshop or how the brush is intended to perform.
For instance, Aaron Blaise's Fur/Hair Brushes (Vol. 1 & Vol. 2) each have "directional flow" parameters that are designed to work within Photoshop. These settings are typically lost when importing into another program.
PLEASE NOTE: You are welcome to purchase the brushes for use in other software programs. However, we are unable to provide technical support for them outside of Adobe Photoshop.
