Debiste recibir un correo electrónico automático de nuestro sistema que contiene enlaces para descargar tus archivos gratuitos. Si aún no has ingresado, revisa tu carpeta de Correo no deseado/Correo basura/Social. Debido a que es un correo electrónico automatizado, a veces puede terminar accidentalmente allí.
Si encuentras el correo electrónico en alguna de las carpetas mencionadas previamente, por favor, ayúdanos y márcalo como correo seguro o "NO ES SPAM". Esto ayuda a asegurar que recibas nuestros otros correos electrónicos y también ayuda a evitar que esto les suceda a otros clientes.
Si revisaste tu carpeta Correo no deseado/Correo basura y aún no tienes el correo electrónico:
